EMinars: An MTNet webinar series on electromagnetic induction in the Earth — theory, instrumentation and acquisition, through time-series processing and analysis, to modelling, inversion and interpretation. Weekly, free, and recorded.
Talks run at a different hour each week so that no part of the world always gets the small hours. Times below are shown in UT and in your own zone.
Speakers come from volunteers and from people we approach. If you would like to present, or can suggest a topic of broad interest, email any of the organisers.
Research, software, educational and tutorial talks, career advice and open discussions. Software presentations are welcome as long as the code is open source, and preferably open platform. We also invite speakers from outside EM whose work bears on ours.
Each season runs from roughly October to June.
